A short documentary about the Salinas de la Concepció de Menorca, in which tradition, design and sustainability intertwine in the rehabilitation of a 19th century saliner legacy, and the biodiversity and art of artisanal salt production are celebrated.

Sanmartín is a director and producer of documentaries. In 2009 he founded the production company Mare Films. Graduated in Audiovisual Communication, he focuses his cinema on memory, territories and emotions.
