PREMIERE OF LA CARN, JOAN PORCEL

Lluís, a promising dancer, explores the world through Chatroulette.com, a video-chat website, while rehearsing his dance show. But when his online life and his real life become intertwined, the boundaries between truth and fantasy will end up having an irreversible impact on his latest work: La Carn (2025, original version with subtitles, 83 min, 18+).

Joan Porcel. Director and filmmaker trained in Audiovisual Communication and Creative Documentary at the UAB (Autonomous University of Barcelona). He has directed Samantha Hudson: una historia de fe, sexo y electroqueer and Sempre Dijous, building a career focused on portraying creative processes and contemporary identities.

Following the screening, there will be a discussion with screenwriter and lead actor Lluís Garau and co-screenwriter Pere Antoni Sastre.
