PROJECTION ‘HISTORIAS DEL BUEN VALLE’, JOSÉ LUIS GUERÍN
In the undefined landscape of a peripheral neighborhood, between the rural and the urban world, the houses built by the first migrants — those who arrived from all over Spain after the postwar period — coexist with the new apartment blocks and housing of the dormitory town, where the new migration is concentrated, a fact that turns this humble corner into a true global village. Historias del Buen Valle (2026, VOE, 122 min.) is a sum of imaginaries, of social, generational, and identity-based conflicts, as well as urban and ecological ones; but it is also a calm and humanist look at today’s world.
